My experience was okay. We did have some good nurses and some not so good nurses. Some of them did not have good customer service skills. I also was supposed to take pictures before I left and the lady never came to take my baby pictures after she told us we would be first on the list. Last but not least, i didnt receive a gift bag like I was told. They gave me one bag of diapers and wipes and that was in the bassinet for me to change her while I was there. No extra for home. However, overall is wasnt bad due to the amazing nurses and my delivery Dr plus Dr Nichollas. They outshine the nurses that were not friendly.

The Flowers Hosp. Outpatient Team is THE BEST. Less than 10 minutes from arrival to registration, to room assignment, to putting my gown on. Then I was the first case. Thank you Sara Beth... No one enjoys being in the hospital, but they made it as good as any experience in OP could be. Everyone was great and I got a clean bill of health. Yay!!!!!

My experience at the Flowers Hospital Emergency Department was characterized by a lack of communication and serious concerns regarding professional standards. ​When I arrived, the department was undergoing a shift change. I was not greeted, nor was I directed on where to go, which immediately set a tone of disorganization. My initial intake nurse seemed detached and unfocused; she knocked things over or dropped items, and I had to repeat myself at times. The physical environment further contributed to this, as the facility felt cluttered, unkempt, and unsanitary. In the waiting area, my daughter and I observed overflowing trash cans, seating that appeared to need professional disinfection, and even a large cockroach. Once I was moved to an exam room, I noticed a large, adjustable light fixture over the bed that was visibly covered in thick dust. Additionally, the hallway area was cluttered with items like a large, overflowing linen basket and paper debris on the floor. This lack of basic cleanliness made me feel unsafe and uneasy from the start. ​Furthermore, there was a persistent lack of professional boundaries and privacy. AMAZING hospital!! I’ve been admitted here two times, and both times I received top of the line care. They are very thorough, and attentive…. and the staff are beyond accommodating. Rooms are a bit outdated, but they are spacious and convenient. And the food is amazing! Best food I’ve ever had in any hospital and I’ve been in quite a few of them. The emergency department did a tremendous job though they were very overcrowded. I really have no complaints about this place.

Very professional and caring. Husband had been in a wreck and every staff and dr that treated him during his stay was very concerned and determined to get to the bortom of the problem. They all were perfect. The only thing that bothered me as a wife was he had to spend his first night in the ER due to no room for him on icu floor but he managed and the staff check on him often there. We are very pleased.
